The Postmetropolitan Realm is an urban condition of horizontality. In it, the Rural is replaced by the Exurban. The Postmetropolian Realm is decongested and open. The Postmetropolitan Realm covers the Earth, but in certain areas of great accumulation, it takes the form of a Megacity.
